I gave it one star because it would not let me proceed without giving a star. This "bank" is the most inept operation I have ever dealt with. No one knows anything. Can't solve problems even small ones . The worst banking experience of my 54years of life. RUN AWAY DON'T bank here. Please save yourself the nightmare.

Woodforest is the best bank. They don't charge me fees for my account, money orders or cashier's checks. Miss Polly, Morgan Hamby, Bolaji Agbelusi and so many others that I don't know their name are very polite and knowledgeable. I have been a customer at Woodforest National Bank (Harbison location, Columbia, SC) many years and I have always received excellent customer service. However, I just want to put the spotlight on Amiaya Jackson or as I call her “Mia”. Mia is always courteous and approaches all of my transactions with kindness, professionalism and respect. Her energy and vibe is always positive and after my business is completed she always ends it with her beautiful smile which makes me feel awesome!
