This company is a scam. I placed an order and received a confirmation number and a tracking number. The tracking number is fake and they claim I do not have an order yet they charged my credit card. Also, the price of the item fluctuates everytime you go on the site. They have the same item anywhere from $30-$117 all in the same day. I never recieved the item

Cheap Chinese product, poor quality, even worst customer service!

I’m extremely disappointed with Woodermoon. Their products are of very poor quality and nothing like the pictures or descriptions on their website. Many of my customers have complained that they never received their orders even after paying in advance, and those who did receive them said the items were terrible. As an affiliate partner, I was also scammed out of my commissions. They claimed to have sent the payment, but after carefully checking my account, there was no commission at all. I’ve sent several emails and never received a single reply. It’s clear that this is a scam company cheating both customers and affiliates. Those 5-star reviews are ridiculous and completely fake.

Part of order arrived damaged (stain on item that can’t be removed) and was told that a replacement would be sent to me and expedited, but it’s been weeks and still no replacement and customer service agent stopped responding to me. I want a refund.
