Horrible company. Very cheap product. I paid around £60 for a customised backpack - very expensive! I thought it would last a few years but the clasp broke in 3 weeks. Then the zipper broke a month later. They said they would send me a replacement for £20, but I’ve been chasing them for weeks and still nothing. Steer clear!

This is the second time I ordered this item. This time I am having it send to my own address. Last order had the wrong name on the puzzle, it should have been Liam. Instead you put my name on the puzzle.

I just love the simple yet exciting nature of the toy I’ve bought. It looks as if it will be very appealing to the smart little one year old who is getting it for Christmas. It looks unbreakable, too, and reminds me of the wooden jigsaw that was my favourite toy about 70 years ago. That is still in good condition.
