I ordered a personalised birthday video for my daughter and paid an additional rush fee for 24-hour delivery, as it was specifically for her birthday. The video did not arrive within the promised timeframe. I contacted WonderToon and they apologised, acknowledged that it should have been delivered hours earlier, and told me they were treating the order as an emergency. Despite this, the video still never arrived. I subsequently requested a refund and have received no response. I have now had to contact my bank to dispute the $62.10 transaction. Extremely disappointing, especially considering this was a time-sensitive birthday surprise for a four-year-old. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this service for an important occasion.

Placed an order for 7-8th October for a birthday on the 11th. Had couple of quick responses once I complained about no video however no contact since Friday regarding my order nor when I have requested a full refund today !! Very poor service definitely swerve using this company

I ordered for 2 videos for my daughters, one of them is 18th sept and I made a mistake in the email address, the payment already went through before I realised. I immediately sent an email, called and they said they will get an agent to call me back to sort it, this is 4 days after and today is my dauhtyer’s birthday, I didn’t get anything. I’m really upset about this as I wanted to surprise my daughter with it. It’s so sad that can’t be possible anymore. I have reached out to them everyday since the day I ordered, customer service is terrible. And it’s not even cheap Cus tell me why I paid $90 for a rubbish customer service.

Shocking service please DO NOT USE, ordered a Bluey one for my daughter’s 7th birthday didn’t sound anything like Bluey or how they advertised it. False advertising and no refund still. Please stay away shocking service

World class customer service, great value for money, prompt and went above and beyond😁 Bought this for my granddaughters 4th. Birthday 🎁 even my last minute changes were edited with speed and precision She LOVED 🥰 it and is still watching it weeks later !!

No one responded! They charge me for the invitation but never sent it.

Placed the order and shared all needed info… Unfortunately, nothing was received… and no one to get in contact with… Clear fraud transaction…

Never got my video. Sent follow up msg on their website and that too wasn’t acknowledged
