For months we've been trying to claim a page we used to own to no avail. After submitting our cases getting to no one but Meta's chatbots, finding Will on Reddit was like a godsend. From the first interaction until our admin dispute was resolved, it's been nothing but efficient and professional. Will's experience dealing with the messy, complicated maze in Meta's backend shone through. There was a minor hiccup but Will made the process as simple as possible for us. We have our page back, and if you’re stuck in a similar situation, we’d recommend Will without hesitation.

Occasionally you run into a person who is truly an expert in his/her field. They don't waste time trying to figure out where the right button is or how to do something because they actually know what to do. They achieve in 30 minutes what it would take others days to figure out. Will is that type of expert. He sees a complicated situation and know exactly what to do. He is both effective and efficient. If there were six stars, I would give them to Will.

After dealing with the frustration of having my Facebook account restricted because of an issue from years ago, working with Will was an absolute pleasure! He was knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He knew exactly what he was doing, and I was amazed at how much we accomplished in just one hour. Anyone who has dealt with Facebook or Meta knows how frustrating the experience can be. Will was the complete opposite. He made everything feel simple, straightforward, and productive. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows their stuff but is also genuinely enjoyable to work with. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Five stars all the way!

Mr. Will provided several steps to help us troubleshoot our WhatsApp Meta Cloud API issues.

Will provided a solution quickly and expertly!

I am so grateful that we found Will for our small business needs. He was so easy to work with, so well organized and very professional! I will be working with him more in the future!

Will was able to understand my issue within minutes, present me the possible options forward, and then worked with me over the screen for 30 minutes, not only mitigating the original problem, but also completing a bunch of other best practice setup in our available time. I will definitely use Will again for tough and complicated Meta help.

Will was able to immidiately diagnose our Meta issues for our business. Very sharp. He was also very kind and was a pleasure to work with. We couldnt recommend him more, and we will be back if we have any further Meta issues.
