Regarding the bands you mentioned: -If you're referring to the Kyra band, we can send you a tool to assist with adjustments. -The rest of our bands are designed to be adjusted by hand without requiring a tool. If you’d like us to send you the adjustment tool for the Kyra band, would you like it shipped to the same address used for your order, or is there an alternative address you’d prefer? While this delay was outside our control, we wanted to make things right for you, so we’ve already processed a full refund. This means you’ve been refunded, and when the local shipper finally delivers your items, they’re yours to keep free of charge.
