Buyer beware. WizardPins make their products in China — the order I received was completely different to the agreed artwork. The pins take a long time to arrive from China. The quality is variable They have no customer service number They want returned defective products before any refund. (shipping costs will not be refunded)

Excellent communication and service. The coins not only came out PERFECT, but they arrived amazingly fast. I fully expected to wait a month or more. They were ordered April 10th and arrived April 24th!!!! Detail was amazing. I will definitely order from them again.

On 10/25 I bought 100 printed prints from them. "Rush" pins. I received blank metal pins that anyone can buy on Amazon for 15 cents a piece with stickers on them. something (anything) printed has received a coat of ink that is permanently affixed to it. These people will steal your money. They are not on Yelp or google reviews so people can't review them.

They provided design modifications for my project with 1-day turnaround between each design revision and the customer service was fast and professional. I had an excellent experience with Wizard Pins.
