Prof never came...I called twice

The labels were not cut correctly as per the approved design. They will have to be remade

This round was blurry. I reached out but haven’t heard back

Website is misleading about lead times, my order took a month, not the 2-3 days mentioned on site. I approved the printed proofs and then the labels I got were a completely different color. They were resent correctly but it took another week even though I paid for overnight shipping. Communication was good when I called and emailed. The final product a month later is perfect it just took more time and a couple mistakes on the printing.

The oval design that was uploaded included a thin black line around the label. That was not included in the one I received and I believe it was on the proof. Hard to determine if my line was in the proof or if that was the cutting line.

Not only will they not expedite, but now they have delivered later than promised 2 times out of 2. Burned twice so I'm done.
