Great fast service

I initially sent an email because I had ordered two different labels for printing but only received the proof for one. They responded quickly, which I appreciated. However, I never received a tracking number from them or from UPS. The website continued to show "order processing," but eventually, our warehouse informed us that the labels had arrived. I notified them about not receiving the tracking number, and they assured me they would address the issue to avoid future issues.

Your labels are great... but, you make the boxes too heavy and split open.

Most people don’t have the time to read through their emails and I’m one of them. Because of that I waited too long to receive the labels. I don’t like that email confirmation request they send.
