Dear Nick, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. We understand how frustrating and confusing this situation must have been, especially when it involves bonus conditions affecting a much larger deposit and balance. We completely recognize how this could feel misleading if the connection between an active bonus and subsequent gameplay was not clear. Please note that when any bonus remains active on the account - even a small amount - it can link all following activity to bonus terms, including wagering requirements. Canceling such a bonus may result in the removal of associated winnings, as outlined in the bonus conditions. However, we agree that these rules should always be communicated clearly and visibly to avoid situations like this. We have carefully noted your feedback and will review how bonus terms and active bonus indicators are presented, so players can better understand how their balance is affected before making decisions. If you would like us to review your specific case in detail or provide further clarification, please contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Best regards, Wishking Team
