Ordered quantity of 6 but only delivered quantity of 1. No reason why given just issued a refund for difference. Just the hassle of notifying wisermerchant then providing proof of delivery.

Well I’ve tried to order Dove # 5 hold … They always send the wrong one . Even when it’s not what I wanted . Said NO returns! At least you sent me a # 5 !!!!! Thank you 😇

Unfortunately my first order with them was slightly delayed & I waited over a week before contacting them. As soon as I contacted them they immediately sent out a new shipment and refunded the full amount back to my card. I would've been more than happy with either outcome but the fact that they went above and beyond to deliver my order & refund my payment is what will keep me shopping here for years to come.
