They told me I was approved for a loan but sent it to the wrong bank. When I gave them the correct bank information, the verification system they used couldn't get my account history. So, they rejected me for a loan. Their verification system isn't working properly or just doesn't work with my bank.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life & regret every getting a loan from them! I was able to apply online & get the funds I needed, but servicing the loan is like getting blood out of a turnip!! When my first payment which was over $300 every two weeks, which I knew at the time I applied, that I would not be able to hold up to those terms, but these predatory lenders know the type of customers that have to use their service, low credit, high debt & low to moderate income & desperate!! So I tried calling &emailing them because I wanted to extend the first payment date as I would not have the money. Never could reach anyone by either method, so I stopped payment & never have made a payment at all. Since then, I was blessed to get a cash out refinance with mortgage company & Wise was one of the creditor they said needed to be paid off because it was hurting my credit score. The payoff was sent to me, but in their name, which I mailed to them. I have been trying to call & confirm the check was received because it has been so much mail theft. I am in this endless loop of auto messaging, that says all agents our busy, even if I call at 7:00 am which is their business hours & on hold for long durations. This is outrageous & unacceptable, please do not use this company if you want to keep your sanity!!

They are good with getting you funds, but paying is a nightmare. The online payment is under maintenance, the call option to make a payment is under maintenance, chat "transfers" you to a live agent but never actually transfer. I tried asking for a supervisor or someone higher and the ai ended the chat immediately. I have screenshot to prove it. Email is the same, to reply ever. All I want to do is make my payment, it should not be impossible to reach someone. I will never use this service again once this loan is paid back.

Ive been a customer for a few years with no problems. Im not sure what is going on with the company now. You cant do ANYTHING online even though when you call they say you can. I've had questions abt my account for over a week and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Ive been leaving voice messages for a week no return call. Today Im going to the bank to stop payments on the loan. After a few returned paymets maybe I will get a call back. If not I plan to speak to an attorney. If anybody from Wise Loans sees this I can be reached by phone at 713 897-9519.

Horrible customer service super long wait times they never call back and when you do get to talk to someone they can’t help because they are over flow support I would recommend going with another company

I was approved for a loan, now it won't let me login in and says I need bank verification. If they do not send funds tomorrow, and they try to make me pay anyways and continue to not answer the phone I am sueing this company.

This is worst lending company around! Their customer service sucks! You try contacting them to resolve an issue and they tell you your call is being escalated and no one ever calls you back. Their chat is useless because Reinalin, who is the representative doesn't know much. Additionally Their interest rates are ridiculous! I think the manager is to blame. She doesn't train employees and she's bringing the agency down. Just look up reviews under AI. I don't recommend them. There are so many options out there!
