My name is Rodion Khanukaev, and together with my wife, Marienela Khanukaev, we paid World Immigration Services Center 10,000 AED by bank transfer for immigration/job assistance for Canada. Before payment, we were clearly told by your representative that we would be entitled to an 85% refund at any stage if we decided to stop the process. Based on this assurance, we agreed to proceed. In practice, no application was submitted on our behalf, and no clear work was done. We were never provided with any proof of progress, submission, or official documentation. When we asked for updates and later requested the refund we were promised, the company stopped responding completely. We have sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages over several months with no reply. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. If no work was completed and no application was filed, there is no reason for the money to be kept. We are still requesting either clear proof of what was done or the refund that was promised to us.
