Can we just get a complete kit with everything?
First the LED strip came without a power supply. When we asked how we were supposed to make this work, we were informed that three more parts were recommended and would cost an additional $100. When we threatened to send back the unit, suddenly we only needed a power supply and they would sent it to us for free. When the power supply came, there were no instructions on how to connect the 4 wires to which of the 7 connection points. When we asked for instructions, the photo that was sent showed the power supply connected to a power cord, which we now have to go purchase locally and hook it all up ourselves. It would be really awesome if they just sold the complete kit for easy installation.
