Very easy to set up

Everything went well and as explained by the WinKBed Representative, No complaints

Delivery was suspect they left at the end of the driveway. Luckily, I was able to get a friend and drag it up to my garage. The installation guy came alone. He was not notified that it was a king size bed. He man handled it and was able to get it in place, but your company should be notifying them that they need two people. Especially since it had to go up and down a set of stairs, making a turn, which was very difficult. Luckily, the guy was great understanding and made it work. I felt bad for him, but he did a good job and I appreciate it.

FedEx opened my box

The mattress feels beyond comfortable, and the setup was straightforward. Customer service was responsive when I needed them, and the order went smoothly.

Fed ex dropped the package in front of the porch, where it could have been pirated, rained on and had to be hauled up the porch step. WinkBed experience was great, but delivery could have been better
