Unexpected Refund
I had used winhost for a small business that didn't work out. After receiving several reminders that my service was about to renew and thinking I needed to cancel it soon, I was billed for my next years service. So I cancelled and looked at the terms. Once billed they do not offer a refund. Well today I look in my bank account and discovered that they had credited this back to me. I didn't even ask, and under the terms of the agreement that did not have to do this. Thank you Winhost. If I need hosting services again on the future, I know where to go.

You are welcome. Especially during this pandemic, we totally understand that customers may forget to close their accounts in a timely fashion and we won't be jerks about it. We hope that you will consider hosting with us in the future.
