I hit the first obstacle when I was asked for a W-9 number, although I had been asked to choose between using a W-9 or my SSN. I spent several days trying to untangle that and couldn't get help on it. Finally my Rula person told me some way to get around it. I also thought I had seen a way to get my id verified using my laptop, rather than my camera. I had a terrible time getting that step done. Finally your chatgpt told me to prop the id up and that seems to have worked. Whew!

The customer service department is ran by one person. My account was disabled for no reason without notice. For whatever its worth I submitted a complaint via CFPB. Stay away from this one man show.
