Good service overall, but sometimes there were major hold times on the phones, and there were times when the customer service was barely pleasant. I still value the service but things could have gone smoother.

I would give them 5 stars but Prosper, the group they use for financing, is TERRIBLE! Very rude and if I had more time to shop around for a loan I would have.

Easy to work with, dependable service and great prices

Med delivery problems I had to call several times to make sure that the medicine was delivered when I needed it - received partial deliveries essentially completing order one day later than originally agreed upon. One day is not a long time but the hassle in a time sensitive process was too much for me
