From my original order date the company kept me up to date with everything until delivery. The process was so easy as I gave the wine as a gift. As long as the wine is good I will be purchasing more in the future.

Great follow up by the company when UPS botched the shipment, never left me alone and promptly issued a new shipment. Well done!

Horrible customer service. I received six bottles of wine and the first one I opened was spoiled. I immediately called the company and explained that. They told me to drink the bottles and let them know how many were spoiled and they would refund them. When I did so they said now it’s been six months and you are past our warranty yet I called the first week I got the package. Emailed multiple times and no one answered. Eventually called and was told lies such as they have recordings of the phone call that they listen to, but when I asked them to play my phone call back they mysteriously were not able to. Be careful with this company. They say one thing and don’t stand by it. If you get bad wine, send it back immediately. Do not open a second or third or any additional because at that point, they will tell you that they’re not willing to replace the wine any longer. They mention below they refunded me for the three bottles, which was all I asked for. They did not refund me for the bottles. They gave me a credit to shop from their store to buy more wine from them. A refund is what I actually asked for and was told no. .

Was having difficulty with Groupon ordering and Anna emailed me with a phone number to call at Wines on Sale. I called the number, Anna answered and helped me complete three days of Groupon confusion in five minutes. She was not just personable but a very qualified customer service person.

This company states 3 attempts will be made to deliver since a signature is required. In my case 1 attempt was made and then they wanted to charge $55 to make a second attempt since the wine was delivered back to their home office. There excuse was they have no control of the delivery service and the delivery service returned the wine back to them. I let them know their online policy states that 3 attempts will be made to deliver and I have nothing to do with how they communicate with their delivery service. Then I was told I would be charged another $55 to have the wine delivered back to them for a total of $110 in delivery charges for wine I never received. I might add that no where on their website is $55 mentioned so they are making up policy as it relates to delivery on the fly. Very unprofessional. Then when the conversation was not going their way they went into victim mode claiming people were raising their voice when that never occurred either. I think we all have had to deal with this behavior in the last year with someone and it is very unprofessional as well.

A nice assortment of wines. Always a surprise to try new wines.

I bought an 18 pack from them. I was not home when FedEx tried to deliver. They did not leave a notice or anything. Now they want $55 more as a delivery fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam.
