I never know when my order will be delivered, as in my latest order. This is a recurring problem.

I was looking for an obscure New Zealand winery bottle made from a specific block in their vineyard through which I passed on the way to an outstanding hike. No problem through Wince Cellarage. Called to place an order - outstanding service by staff who actually cared that I got what I wanted. Not the typical experience for this frequent buyer, and a delight. I'm a bit neutral on the pricing as it will be a few years till I enjoy the purchase, but it's hard to complain about the only present source I could locate for this particular case.

Murphys law persists. I shipped UPs and I'll be damned if they didn't try to deliver in the mornings three days in a row, a time when I'm out of the house... Plus the weather was unseasonably hot. Delivery required adult signature and one of my 3 bottles of wine was wearing liquid from the cork when I finally received it...
