We bought a new front door unit. First their price was very substantially less than the famous "Renewal by A....." company for exactly the same thing: a Provia door. Our Salesman Mark Hochdorffer was extremely patient and very helpful with all the questions and changes we made. The instillation crew was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. Overall WindowRama made the project a pleasure.

The steps that were laid out before the job were followed. The workers that came did a great job. They were efficient cleaned up very nice afterwards.

The installation was excellent However we specifically told Shawn Kelley that we did not want trim and he said it would come with quarter round beaded trim but the window came with full trim Our wooden blinds now do not fit flush There is light coming in from the sides. Our blinds were expensive We do not like or use curtains
