Super easy to work with. I placed my order and maybe 10 minutes after I placed it. I called to ask if I could have the window prairie style only on top and not the bottom. They said it was no problem. Not sure of the lady I talked to, but she was super nice. Can’t wait to go pick up my order when it gets to my local warehouse. Thank you. I’ll order from here again.

Great in every way. Derek Baker the CEO is phenomenal. This is the way things used to be. I would never hesitate to buy from them again.

Ordered online on a Sunday and customer service contacted us on Monday to go over our request. Window was ready right away and shipped to a warehouse in our area, who were also very efficient. We just installed it this weekend and the quality is so much better than our current replacement windows in other rooms. Will be purchasing more and would highly recommend this company and their windows to anyone.
