DO NOY BUY FROM THIS SITE. Presents itself as upmarket; the clothes are rubbish quality, nowhere near worth the price. Difficult to return items; poor customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Despite indicating that 'easy refunds' are available, this company is unwilling to give anything back at all. Upon initiating a request for refund, responses only offer a '20-35% cashback or credit alternative' as shipping back is too costly. These shipping costs are not clearly defined or advertised. The refund process is FAR FROM EASY. It does not even exist. On top of this, emails from customer service are long, containing multiple AI generated pages of unnecessary waffle. An absolute con. I have reported to Barclays.

Not received the jacket yet. Its a lie that they are in London. Would never have dealt with them if I'd known they were Chinese

The worst customer service and products they have no empathy or compassion towards customers to make it even worse. The are so desperate to avoid giving refunds for their terrible suits. That they will basically drain you with emails saying please take a replacement. I would advise you to never do business with these people ever. For a whole month they been dragging their feet

Absolutely disgusting SCAM company!! Had a email saying “ there’s room in the box for one more item” foolish me bought another item and spent over £100 with them- Quality of the items are appalling- they sent 2 dresses and a pair of sandals all shoved in the same bag screwed up !! Then the other item came separately!!! On requesting a refund they tell me that they want to be completely “transparent” and the items need to be sent back to Asia at my expense 🤬🤬🤬🤬 or they send free replacements or give me a 15% refund!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!!

OMG .. !! SCAM SCAM SCAM . NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . I recieved an order of what I can only describe as a piece of red net .. I have never seen a garment so badly made and the most disgusting material ever ! Totally see through . NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE , I MEAN NOTHING IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR . FUMMING . WHAT A DUSGRACE THIS COMPANY IS . I'M REPORTING IT

Item did not fit and was far too small. Not as described. Could not get a return address even after 4 emails.
