SCAM!!! Trying to get a returns address to send items back. As it was cheap tacky material. Treads hand off the items. They have bypassed the returns days saying they'll give me and 30% refund and keep the items all the time. Now its gone to the bank with all the evidence to get a full refund.

The quality of the item I ordered was diabolical! Cheap and stained!! I would give this company zero as a score! The item went straight into the bin as I was not prepared to give them my time in trying to return it!! Enjoy my money!! Shocking!!You should be ashamed!!

Under no circumstances buy anything from this company for several reasons, the quality of garment does not resemble what is shown in the website, they claim to be Wilson & Carter London but the return address is china, I requested a full refund for weeks and this was never granted. Trust me, if a bargain is too good to be true then don't buy. I gave a one star but that's one too many.

I bought from them without checking the reviews; for the past 5–6 days, I’ve been trying to return the items and get my money back, but they keep offering me other options instead. The clothes are of poorer quality than those from Shein or Primark. I don't understand why there isn't an authority to inspect this company.

Shocking clothes. It won’t arrive as described. Not based in London just pretending Do not use. You’ll be liable for shipping back to Asia. What a waster of money.
