Hello, Amer We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused by the price difference. Please allow us a chance to explain this to you. We understand your concerns about the price difference. Due to differences in operating costs, service structure, and promotion policies, the pricing strategies of different platforms may be different. Although the official website price may be slightly higher, we provide a better service experience, including: 1. Faster delivery and faster customer service; 2. More customization options; 3. More detailed product information and support; In fact, the 137.6 you saw on the Etsy platform is the discounted price of the sterling silver option. Due to the system problem of the Etsy platform, all options of this product have become the same price. You ordered 18k white gold on the website and purchased several additional services (certificate, engraving, rush order service, and gift packaging), this's why the price is so different. In addition, the product you said has not been shipped. Your product is still in production and is expected to be shipped next week. Due to the situation, DHL's flight to Jordan was cancelled. We contacted FedEx and can ship your ordered ring to Jordan next week. We guarantee that all products sold are 100% authentic and of the same quality no matter where you buy them. If you have any questions or need assistance, we are always here to help. Thank you for your understanding and support! Willwork Jewelry

Hello, Harry, Deeply apologize for that it may bring you an unpleasant shopping experience. We checked all the correspondence and found that you contacted us via another email to change the delivery address, which is not listed on the order. So we replied to you asking for the order number. And we also told you that we usually ship packages via USPS, and hoped you to confirm an address that is better for you to receive the package. Unfortunately, we didn't receive your reply. We are so sorry about the misunderstanding. Yes, the stone size information is listed clearly in the description. And the picture of the ring on the finger is posted on the page, all pictures are real shots. Thank god, you received the ring and you love it.

Hello, Crystal, We are deeply sorry for your unpleasant shopping experience. Thank you for your feedback so that we can improve. Could you send us a clear photo? If it is our fault, we will be happy to re-engrave for you or refund the engraving service fee. Regarding the ring size issue you mentioned, we use standard US size. Normally, we also check the size of all rings before shipping. Would you mind going to a local jewelry store to measure your finger size and confirm our ring size? If it is our fault, we will bear it. Best Regards, Willwork Jewelry

Hello, James We are sorry that you are not satisfied with this ring. Because our rings are hand-made, it takes a long time to make. Thank you for your patience. Checking the order details, you ordered a size 7 ring. The ring you received should be a size 7. Is it too big or too small for you? Could you please tell us the actual size you need? So that we can solve it for you specifically.
