My entire order was shown as "in stock". I paid extra for fast shipping. Only one item arrived out of three in the expedited shipping time. Still waiting for one more item. I realize covid is impacting things but the issue was with "stock" vs. "out of stock" and falsely shown.

Great service and I got my part in 4 days. Just wish it would have included the o-ring needed to connect the wet end to the discharge pipe. I played hell trying to find one here in my town, which doesn't have any hot tub stores near by.

This is the second time I've ordered from Wild West. The parts that arrived were exactly as they should have been. The prices were excellent. The first item arrived on time via UPS. The second item arrived a week later due to the USPS. Not really Wild West's fault, but I would encourage them to not use USPS in the future.

ordered a motor it was defective...was told by albert bait...they would pay for the return....as of today never received the money for the return shipping...and they shorted me 10dollors on the motor return...dont buy from them something doesnt seem right with wild west pool.

Would have rated higher but the follow up with tracking info was horrible. I had to ask for it before I had it and didn’t get it until the day before it delivered. Otherwise good experience

Part was just what I needed and price was great until I added the shipping and it brought the price back up to about what other sites charge.
