Excellent customer service trailers to customer needs. Kudos to your appropriate action!

I've been receiving wild pastures meat for about a year now. Majority of the meat has been very good. There has been a few beef products that were so tough we couldn't even eat them after being in a crockpot all day. My only disappointment with wild pastures is their packaging. None of them are sealed properly. All of them leak. So when you take your first packages of meat out to defrost in the refrigerator and they leak salmonella and beef blood all over your refrigerator it is very very disappointing.

I absolutely love Wild Pastures! The quality of the meat is fantastic, and I love being able to get pasture-raised, organic meat delivered right to my door at such a great price. It makes it so easy to feel good about the food we’re eating without breaking the bank. I also had a wonderful experience with their customer service today. I meant to postpone my upcoming delivery because I have plenty of meat stocked in my freezer, but I forgot to do it in time. I reached out to customer service, and they responded almost immediately, refunded my order, and postponed my subscription for me. They were so helpful, understanding, and easy to work with! Between the excellent quality, great value, convenience, and outstanding customer service, I couldn't recommend Wild Pastures more. It's a subscription I genuinely love and am so happy to have found!

Wild Pastures has such a variety of great quality meat. I order with them because they only sell USA grass fed, grass finished cuts and everything is delicious. I want to support our USA farmers and buy American (USA). Customer service has been excellent so far with any questions I have had. Have not had a delay in my deliveries so far either and I have been ordering with WP for a year now. Great company.

The meat is of high quality for taste. I have given taste tests to family and friends, and they notice the difference. The animals are raised on natural sources, not on factory farms. The company responds to personal emails.
