Hi Kiwi, We’re really sorry for the confusion and totally understand your frustration. When you placed your order, the item was listed as backordered (meaning we could still place an order with the manufacturer just with a delay in shipping), but shortly after, several more orders for that product came in, and we had to update the status to out of stock as the manufacturer only allows so many backorders to be placed while they update their inventory. Our team mentioned the small credit card processing fee at the time, but we’ve since refunded that in full as we didn’t want you to feel penalized for a misunderstanding. We truly appreciate your feedback—it helps us communicate more clearly and improve how we handle backorders. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope you’ll give us another chance in the future. Warm regards, The Wild Oak Trail Team

Hi Rodney, We completely understand how frustrating this was for you, and we’re sorry you had to go through it. We submitted your address correctly to the manufacturer, but the shipping label was missing a number unfortunately. I reviewed the correspondence you had with our team and it looks like we were fact finding to see what happened and looking into it for you, however the issue was resolved so quickly there wasn't any more action needed on our end. Rest assured we would have continued to work on this until you had your unit in your hands. We’re following up with our partners to make sure this kind of mix-up doesn’t happen again. —The Wild Oak Trail Team
