Outstanding customer service communication from the point of placing the order to receiving it. Amazing quality products! And prompt response to constructive suggestions for future potential improvements.

Thank you for the trust! We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback and suggestions. It means a lot to know you’ve had such a great experience with us.
Quality is amazing. It is beautiful. Unfortunately we thought the chains would be longer, these are more of a decorative sizing though it is actual chain. I'm more concerned about the function of pulling on it and it pinching/snagging or something. So for us, it has become a pretty necklace instead of what we wanted it for.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We’re glad you love the quality and look, and we’ll definitely keep your comments about the chain length and design in mind as we improve.
