scam of a company. Doesn't send items, takes money and never sends the product. DO NOT SHOP HERE! IT'S A SCAM!

Ordered in February and i didnt get my order. I called amex but they wont be able to refund my money because it is more than 2 months. Need help to get my money back.

Pre-ordered a bunch of pops ... they charged my credit card ... never a word ... followed up, no reply. Filed a complaint w/ the BBB, they can't get in touch w/ WildCardToys ... BBB closed my case and basically said, "Sorry, we tried. You are SOL!" Next step - call my credit card company and try to get them to eat it.

My husband ordered the stranger things pop on December 2017 . Which were backed ordered til March for some reason . It’s october 2018 and yet no pops nor update we tried contacting them and no answer ! We tried canceling it threw PayPal and for some reason it’s not letting us what a waste of 60$ we could have used on something else .

the worst, I ordered some figures from February 2018 for 368 dlls and until today I do not deliver them, I send emails and they never respond

Pre-ordered some Pops back in Feb for April/May release. Never came! Several attempts to contact the company via email and phone and nothing. Requested a refund and nothing! Worst Company ever!

I pre ordered a seer if Ifinity War pop figures back in 3/18. They were supposed to ship out on 5/18. Tried to email and reach out to customer service, which is very difficult to do. Finally in August I reached out to PayPal which handled the transaction and got my money refunded. I should have read prior reviews before purchase. This vendor is very unreliable.

This is a complete scam! All of the reviews on this site are exactly the same. I ordered three sets of pre-orders from them and after 9 months have not received my pre orders yet they are available from other vendors to purchase. I have tried to cancel my order I have requested a refund I have asked him for the status of my order and they just send me the auto reply that they received my email. I finally had to request a refund from my bank. Do not shop with them!
