Did not receive my order
Did not receive my order. Company did not respond to me email inquire in regards to order not delivered. It was difficult to get my full refund for order not received. Company offered nothing for all the inconvenience.

We are sorry for the inconvenience as the courier was at fault. We did investigate this and no funds were withheld. We apologize for the time it took to investigate but when an item is received back and states returned to sender it was at the receiver's request and there is a fee taken out due to the shipping costs. We would be happy to offer you 30% off a new order if you decide you would like to purchase again. Again we apologize for the inconvenience of you not receiving your order.
