We are sorry to hear the top piece you purchased didn't work out. We do offer many different toppers with larger base size or you could try a full wig. Once we receive the item back and inspect we will email you and process your refund or store credit accordingly. We are sorry to hear the pieces didn't work out. The wig you chose was an average size and the Softie is a one size fits all. We do usually recommend measuring before making a selection to ensure you get the right size piece. You can find how to measure at https://www.wigs.com/pages/how-to-find-your-wig-size We do not take out any return fees but shipping to you and the return shipping is not covered by us. The amount of shipping you weren't refunded was $22.90 since you chose air shipping to you which is $14.95 and used our pre paid label to return which is $7.95 totaling $22.90.
