Nothing like the pictures or description. Cannot be styled. Hair very shiny and fake looking. Since a sale item I cannot return (notice of that not clear). I will give to granddaughter for Halloween costume.

It looks too fake and was too large

The wig was beautiful and promptly delivered (within a week), but it didn't suit me, so I sent it back. I'm waiting to see how long before I get a refund. The thing is their inventory for gray wigs is great and I want to buy a more expensive one, but I want to wait for the refund first. We'll see. It's only been a week. That's why I'm doing 4 stars. If I get the refund soon, I'll come back and change this.

I have ordered a couple of times from Wigs.com, and have received good service on both occasions.

Good selection; easy to deal with; fast shipping; no-hassle return (make sure you abide by conditions in their return policy). Unlike other sites, there's no restocking fee, which helps when intentionally ordering more than wanting/needing, in order to check out style + color (i was a first time wig-buyer, during COVID). Phone help was also excellent, advising when the next sale would start. If you're a first-timer definitely check out reviews of the styles + colors on YouTube and/or Google; lots of videos out there + you'll get a better idea than just via the website video. I'm hooked!
