My first wig
I’ve never ordered a wig before and someone gave me a wig but it was gray and I liked it so I googled the brand and found your site. I found one like it and ordered in the color I like. I have to get use to it because it is more than my hair which is so thin. I’ve worn it twice and got a lot of compliments

Wig Great - Customer Service and Return Not So Much
The wig itself was perfect. I had already bought the brand and style previously from someone else so this was just a re-buy. However, when checking out, the website kept adding styling products to purchase and every time I tried to decline, it added each item to my cart and immediately charged my card. I was finally able to get it to stop and immediately emailed customer service so the items could be removed from my order. I heard nothing from customer ever. When I received the wig, the items were included so I had to return them. The items were $38 and return shipping was $15. I feel ripped off for sure!

This was my first order from Wigs.com…
This was my first order from Wigs.com and everything went very well with the order. Delivery was fairly quick and my wig was just perfect when I received it. I really like the wig, it was just as I expected, beautiful color, extremely comfortable to wear and it looks great on me.

Nice quality and appears to be a good …
Nice quality and appears to be a good solid company. My 4 star rating is mostly due to the color match not being quite as it looked on line so it's a bit dark for me.

Happy wig purchaser
Have worn wigs for 3+ years due to cancer treatments I knew the ins and outs of size and style I prefer. The website was easy to use my wig came when expected I was certainly pleased with it. I have worn Raquel Welch wigs the last year and have really loved them.
