I would not even give them 1 star but I had to. This is a scam. I ordered a box and never received it. I have emailed and called and they keep lying everytime I call. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

This company is a scam. I have no idea how the 5 star reviews are getting their boxes "in less than a week", " the following day", and some "over the weekend" when I still haven't received my order which was ordered a month ago. Now before someone thinks, " you may have been unlucky " ... no. Anyone can call their number and they will say " due to the popularity of our items, shipments have been delayed and taking longer than usual". No, if it has been delayed they should hire more workers. They advertise items will ve shipped within 8 businesses days. I called on the 5th business day and the 8th and was told it will be shipped soon and the 15th... and more and each time saying it will be shipped. Then they send an email your item has shipped but the fedex number shows up as non existent.

I’d like to echo all of the actual reviews from real potential customers. Order placed for two boxes over a month ago at this point. Neither has been shipped and they report that cannot cancel or give a refund. Tracking numbers were provided and neither are valid. After inquiring about this, I was informed that they would ship in the next two weeks. Totally unacceptable, will have to dispute through credit card as they will not cancel.

I know ordering a mystery box is a risk but in my experience I usually receive at least one item worth keeping. What I received was complete garbage!!! I wasted my money on junk. There are other sites where you can get mystery boxes that will have quality items. not only that they say that you will receive a bonus item worth $75 which is misleading. Nothing in my box was worth $5. Trust me when I say save your hard earned money.

Have taken money on two different boxes and I have not recieved either. It has been over 3 months. They have stopped responding to emails.I have resorted to disputing the transactions on my debit card. Stay far away from this place!!!

This box was way better than i thought. I got really random stuff, but it was good quality. Sizes where random, that was ok. What i gave 4 stars for was bc they sent me a tweety bird shirt. That was a kids shirt. But over all i was happy. I shared with my 2 girls.

Although I love the surprise of the mystery boxes, this is by far the best box! I received it next day and it was exactly as described. While there is a chance that things may be damaged or missing parts, everything in my box was in perfect working condition and excellent quality. The Yale coded door lock had all its parts, the London Fog men's trench coat was a perfect gift to a friend, etc. I would definitely buy again!

For the money I spent on this box I am happy with the "goods" that were in it : ) And I like that it shipped fast.
