Hi Sidney, thanks for posting your review. We take our customer support feedback very seriously. We discussed about your call and found out that you have been very impatient and using inappropriate language from the beginning of the call towards our team member. Even though we have mentioned in order emails and on our website that all packages will be delayed due to pandemic and this is a logistic issue which is out of our control, but you kept using inappropriate language without wanting to listen anything and finally you hung up the phone. We consider all our customers as our friends and always aim for a long term relation. We do not wish to do any further business with you.
