Wholesale InternetReviews of wholesaleinternet.net

The service started off brilliant, even though server wasn't managed, the staff were at least helpful. In the last 6 months or so the service from staff has really declined. Rude to me after nearly 2.5 years with them. Some staff are still ok but some are straight up rude. You ask for simple advice and they hide behind "service is not managed" Cancelled my service with them. Not worth is if customer service is in decline.

I had been a customer for almost 2 years, and before the recent maintenance notification “Network Maintenance Notification S1EC22 (220261),” my server worked perfectly without major issues. However, after that maintenance, I completely lost access to my server. I tried everything possible on my side, including reloading the entire operating system, but nothing solved the problem. I contacted support multiple times, but unfortunately I never received a proper resolution or suitable assistance. At this point, I still cannot log in to my server, and the experience has become extremely frustrating. It is disappointing because the service used to be reliable before the maintenance issue occurred. Because of this situation and the lack of effective support, I have decided to leave after nearly two years as a customer.

Have being with them since 2020 with a Windows really cheap server and never had a problem. We have changed for a bigger one after 6 years and seams working really greate. Can't tell about the support but I didn't have to contact them tbo.

Bad service

Good Server Provider @ Cheapest price. 1. Network Connection is one of the best 2. Most Cheapest Price 3. Hardware Failure rate (for me 0.1%) 4. support Good. resolve issue within few hours. if you know which server to pick you will get best perfomance at best price.

12 years with this company and they simply deleted all my files and shut off my service without any notice, after reaching out and showing my discontend, staff just didnt care and didnt even try to make it up, so i moved my services to hostinger.

I've been a happy customer with these guys for 9 months now. It's nearly impossible to beat their pricing. I crashed my server once at around midnight and they responded to my ticket in only 2 minutes. Their network is great, when they say unmetered they really mean unmetered.

We've been a colocation client for 12 years. Wholesale Internet / NOCIX provides impeccable support and datacenter infrastructure at an industry low price. The value provided is unparalleled.
