Realmente estoy empezando, pero la atención ha sido muy buena para mi, estoy muy agradecido con la ayuda que he recibido, esperando que sigan así y no cambien para mal y por supuesto que me sigan ayudando por el camino que estoy emprendiendo.

Great customer service!

Their Wholesale partners sell full retail to you, and they compete with you for what your paying price is as well. it cost me over a hundred dollars to find this out. DONT FALL FOR THE LIES AND SCAMS, BE FAR WARNED. you will not get a refund! I can prove all this on request. 850diecastcars.com

Hi Walter, Thank you for taking the time to write a feedback for us. I understand your concern, however, the product prices provided to you directly come from the supplier and Wholesale2B does not inflate them in any way at all. If you feel that a certain supplier is not providing wholesale prices, you could always create a ticket for the same and we'd address it right away. We're committed to offering our members the lowest prices possible, and take great measures to ensure the same. There are no lies and scams involved, I assure you. About the refund, we could not proceed with that as the services that you opted for were fully delivered to you. As mentioned above, we'd do our best to resolve any supplier-related queries. We'd urge you to create a ticket with all the concerns that you have and we'd get back to you right away. Thank you for being associated with Wholesale2B. We're thankful. Thanks and regards, Peter Caradonna CEO - Wholesale2B
Excellent platform to use for dropshipping. I have been with Wholesale2b for almost 3 years now. They have quality suppliers, verified, variety of segments, great customer service. First I started with their website plan and was so happily surprised that within 24hrs my website with products was up and ready for start now I already added their e-bay dropshipping plan and will be adding Amazon plan also. Their customer service is excellent and every time I had a question or needed help they were very nice and proactive. It simplifies the process and the platform does many steps for you. I will definitely continue doing business with them.

This service is NOT a good source for eBay dropshipping! They do not require their source companies to setup item description details to match eBay's requirements. Many product offerings will be rejected by eBay when attempting to push listings, and you don't discover which products won't work until after you've put in the work to setup the listing and attempt to push it. There is no 'eBay compliance notifier' that you can look at before you select a product to list. They do offer info on source company sale cancellation rates, and the lowest rate is about 9%, some are as high as 40%. You can't maintain a 'Top Rated' or even an 'above average' eBay rating if you have a 9-40% sale cancellation rate. If you want to be successful dropshipping on eBay, avoid Wholesale2B. In response to the reply below from Wholesale2B- To be fair cancellations are very common with all dropshippers, and it is good that they post numbers indicating what the cancellation rate is for a supplier. Yes, they do have tools that allow a user to modify SOME of the item description details, but not ALL of them. I ran in to over a dozen products that would not be accepted by eBay because of pre-set mal-formed item description details that I could NOT edit or in some cases the required data field wasn't there at all. I'll pass on emailing them now, as they didn't reply at all when I emailed support on this issue. As for improvement- Wholesale2B could open up all the data fields for user editing, test product push functionality to eBay for a supplier's product type and provide users with info on a supplier's eBay listing compliance. I shouldn't need to tell them that though, and I wasted a good amount of time, so I think a 1-star review is justified.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write a feedback for us. We do provide additional tools for eBay that would help you modify the specifications of a product in order to meet eBay's regulations. About the cancelation rates, you need to take into consideration that the rates are calculated while keeping the pandemic-related cancelations in calculations, and we're currently working on making them as accurate as possible. However, I do see that you have some valuable suggestions that could help us fine-tune our eBay integration. Could you please send us an email at [email protected] so that we could discuss your concerns further? We'd definitely like to improve as much as possible. :) Again, thank you for being associated with Wholesale2B. We're thankful. Thanks and regards, Peter Caradonna CEO - Wholesale2B
company is the largest scam company, they say you carry 1000 products on your store, and when you pay, they give you only 10 products per month, and when you carry them to your store, 8 of them are empty of stock and there is no merchandise. And when you call them, they don't answer you until two days later, and then the answer says so, we don't know the stock. Then when you ask for a refund, they tell you that we do not return the money. In the first place, they tell you to try, and if you do not like the service, we will return your money. My advice, do not partner with this company. It is the largest scam company. They have no merchandise for dropshopping.i give1star. Normally _0000000000000000000.fuk tis scam company

Hi Youssef, Thank you for taking the time to write a feedback for us. It is unfortunate to read reviews like this on a global platform, considering that they are potentially misleading to everyone. However, I'd try to address as many points as I can. About the product quantity, I'd like to note that we deliver exactly what we promise. For the integration that you have purchased with us, we let you upload 10,000 products to your store, without putting a limit on it in any way. So no, there is no limit of 10 products per month or such at all. When I checked with my colleagues regarding the same, they did tell me that you had the Quantity Filter set to "upload products only if at least 1000 of those products are in stock", which is why only 40 products were pushed to your store. My colleague did recommend you to lower the quantity filter of entirely remove it in order to push all the products in your list to your store. A conversation of the same can be found right here: https://wholesale2b.tinytake.com/msc/NTk2Mzg0NV8xODE0NDE5OA I understand that you've had a dissatisfactory experience with us, and for that I sincerely apologize. But to leave a scathing - albeit severely misleading - review here would serve no purpose as we would be unable to resolve your concerns unless you let us know about those. Again, we're eager to work towards resolving any issues that you have with Wholesale2B's integrations and are always available at your service. Thank you for your association with Wholesale2B. We're grateful. Thanks and regards, Aniruddha Pathak Design Director - Wholesale2B
