It is taking a long time for creditors to even be contacted.

Excessive spamming. I acknowledged spam and asked for written message about loan. Still have no idea why I was spammed so much. It's silly that I was told that info could only be given via phone call. So difficult to deal with White Oak for issues that I needed help with(never accomplished),yet so many spam contacts to tell me I was a great customer and had an "offer".

Having the stress taken away and the absolute total communication from Whit Oak Law keeping me in the loop every step of the way!
