Service has been slow. We ordered last week and have not yet received our new whistle.

The young lady, Debbie, was very helpful and would not let me give up. I was using an iPad and iPhone which complicated matters but Debbie was able to do the job. Kudos to her.

It is very confusing when you are already a member. I still do not know for sure if i got credit.

i have tried the link akc and I found the product very hard to work with and also the customer support was not there, I have only had to contact customer support once and talked to a real person and my issue was resolved that day, I extremely satisfied with your product
