Very user friendly and easy to navigate

I never did get an answer. The bot couldn't understand. I emailed your sales office and was directed to the website...which directed me to the bot. I couldn't find an email to contact any sort of customer service. I did end up buying, but only because I can return the product. I HATED the web experience. Very frustrating.

Looking for replacement straps for the older model Whistle 3. The straps offered are different than what I currently have and that originally came with it, but there was only 1 picture to look at on the site of what you were getting. It would be nice to have more description and pics of the items for the buyer to know if it's what they want or are looking for. Hope they work! Edited to add reply to Whistle: I do not want to put my address on a public review, and cannot find a Whistle customer service email to reply to your comment. I already have purchased the straps. Waiting to receive them now.

Quick and easy

Honestly, an affective tool for a hands-on owner. It allows me to monitor various health metrics and brings those numbers to life. I am able to interpret that data and effectively utilize it, helping me to be in tune with my pet and its needs.

The only complaint i would have is thst it doesn’t stay charged long enough. Other then that we are very pleased with everything about the whistle.

You cannot beat the peace of mind that whistle gives you.
