The representatives are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Problems are resolved quickly. The whistle has been a great help whenever my dog decides to go wandering.

I tried multiple times to use the referral code and discount code from a friend who uses this product with no help from customer service. I messaged them myself and my friend did as well. I was finally able to find a 10% off code online and used that. I’m hoping that that issues is not reflective of the customer service that is rendered to its actual customers. I’ve heard nothing but good things about the product from my friend and that is why I decided to make the purchase.

The web site was informative and made it easy to compare the different options that are available to purchase, I was able to make a decision easily by the information I was looking at and I was updated through out the steps as to the shipment being made, also sent a site that allows me to track the shipment.. very well done and we are very excited to try it out once we received it

Perfect interaction

One of our dogs is a runner and gets lost. We have had many problems until we purchased a Whistle for him. Now the longest it takes for us to find him is 10 minutes. AWESOME!
