Just got my Whistle 3. Have had a few moments of frustration, but going back to the directions, or the in-app Help has solved them all. So far, working well with my Android phone.

Well when I got my whistles I signed both my dogs up but only one would register, often times I would get text that my dogs were 100 feet away when they were asleep at my feet. Then there were times where it wouldn’t tell me they were even gone, when I called customer service they blamed me for not allowing the units to update properly. It’s your product, how was I supposed to know they needed an update? Im not even sure I understand what that means? I also read the instructions and went to your FAQ area and reviewed settings but none of that helped. I hate that I spent all this money and you make the problem mine, I asked to return the product and he hung up on me.

I love the whistle! I can track my dog’s activity as well as her gps location. I’ve never felt she was more safe!

no info on the long term life of the battery, is it replaceable? no details of the 90 day money back guaranty, does it cover the subscription?
