Excellent product, responsive support, great company

I am on our third Whistle for our 16 month old beagle. The previous two had to be replaced due to equipment breakdown. When it works it’s good. There were actually two customer service reps that were good. The rest would not work for me.

My only complaint in the years I've had Whistles is the battery life. I'm hoping the new ones I just ordered will be better.

I would give you guys 6 stars if I could. Your customer service model should be an example to other internet companies. You have promptly answered all my questions as well as replacing broken hardware at no cost. Kudos.

Easy online purchase. And a great product for people like me with wandering dogs.

Not happy about having to buy a new whistle when the old one worked fine. It is bad business to quit supporting something when people have paid to use it.
