I love this device. It's been great to learn more about my senior dog. However, sometimes it can't update fast enough and my dog keeps wandering away without me knowing where she is. It's certainly better than nothing. I've actually ended up using it to track my dog's excercise more than I planned, which is great. Overall, it's worth the cost but hopefully the product will keep getting upgrades and get even better.

The customer service person I dealt with was superb! I required a lot of help getting the Whistle active because I am not computer literate and the young lady spent all the time I needed to get the device set up. She demonstrated patience and was very helpful in every way allowing me to walk through her instructions for as long as I needed. The Whistle saved my pet's life and I recommend it to everyone.

I love how I can track my Major's activities while I'm away. I love how his play time and exercise time is tracked. I love how his itching and sleep assessment is reported which can help to be addressed during vet visits.

It is wonderful.

Not crazy about the monthly cost or the battery life but it works great
