With over twenty years of wine cellar cooling experience, we have worked with contractors and customers on nearly every unique and challenging installation possible. Through this experience, we have developed new models with features which allow the units to operate efficiently while addressing installation challenges. Excellent communication and support! Have not installed unit yet, so performance is still in question.

Great unit, a little noisy at highest cooling levels, and a bit pricy but you are buying quality and the ability to cool under extreme temperature grades between the cellar and the exhaust area. Keeps my cellar within 1 degree all the time. Installation instructions could be a little more descriptive -- we mounted the retaining collar wrong initially and had to decipher the cryptic drawings to figure out what we did wrong. In all, I'd highly recommend it.

Followup by tech staff helped me choose the right size unit. Very satisfied with the cellar cooler. The wine is very happy too!
