I ordered this with the name”Fritts”, and received “Figueroa”.🤬🤬🤬

I was told that my order would be shipped on June 9, as of today June 20 they USPS had no record of any shopment. I sent a email to the company 3 days ago and never heard back! I hope I have not been ripped off

I can't thank you enough. My dear husband was so excited about his new decanter and glasses. It's truly a beautiful decanter and glass set. This was very well packaged and arrived in a really timely manner. Thanks so much!

Item was poorly packaged and arrived filthy. Glass is very poor quality, coasters were damaged and this item is grossly overpriced for what I received

I not happy with the experience for the simple fact that what you say is not what you deliver I ordered the package two weeks before it was due paid for an express delivery and still haven’t received. It got confirmation on Father’s Day that it would be delivered that week by the 26th of the month and by paying express, I was supposed to get it in 6 to 8 days the only way to contact your company is by email which is unprofessional. I received the wrong package very upset ( Sorry Dean I received your package).
