I'm 65 years old and on disability and I purchased a GasGas Enduro 1.0 that I've had for about 5 months. I ride 3-5 times a week. Recently while going up a trail, the rear derailer disintegrated and completely came off the bike. I called wheelworld since it's got a lifetime warranty, but they said it would have to be taken to a bike shop and have it confirmed that it was a manufacturer problem before they could pay for the replacement part. This is nuts! The trip to my "local" bike store is 70 miles away. The trip and shop time would cost many times the price of the derailleur! So much for that lifetime warranty. Also, shops won't touch a GasGas on a trade in. I waistedover $2600 on my purchase. If you're going to buy a bike, buy locally because long distance customer service doesn't work. You'll get burned like I did. Avoid WheelWorld.
