absolutely horrible. had out to repair ice machine. tech told me not the compressor. so I approved $1000 quote on minor issues. Still not working - now they say compressor. I bought new machine for less. They emailed credit card would be refunded in full but never did. CEO never responded back

I've been using WHALEY unfortunately for 15 years. They are unqualified to service Lincoln Impinger ovens. The so called tech they sent out charged me for three UNNESSASARY parts before realizing all it needed was a circuit board. They charged me with overnight shipping but still took a month to fix. $4,500.00 later and a MONTH it was FINNALY repaired. No invoices sent only charges on my AmEx. I even had to send pics of my oven having been cleaned before they would even order the part.

I have used Whaley’s food service for quite some time and the last 2 jobs I had for them well let’s just say LACKING on the experience level I did have one person that actually knew what they where doing how ever that went wrong too so this person that works for them broke off a stem for my stove and then tried to charge me for it now the service manager was backing up his guys which I would expect but when I watch him break it off and then tell his employer that it was bent when actually it was not it was just anchor wrong which I did because there first guy left the hole thing loose

Asked to come out to fix a fryer locally-- had never seen the machine before--- worked for two hours educating himself on the unit- charged for two hours- no problem--- but the company went a charged a $175.00 transportation fee on top of that- signed before he left--- but was not explained that the charge would be included--- called the office to dispute the charge and follow up on parts that needed to be ordered from manufacturer--- refused to pick up phone and never heard from them again-- CROOKS and they seem to get away with it consistently????

First tech had no idea what he was doing. Very expensive. I feel tech should have given me an idea of the cost and let me decide if it was cheaper to purchase a new unit. Called because first tech didn’t fix the problem and never delivered the part he was supposed to bring back. They send him back charges me again. I finally get a tech that knows what he’s doing and gets unit repaired. They have agreed to refund my second charge which is good but they are still making me pay for a $36 part that I feel they should comp due to the whole situation. Also not good at calling back when promised. Hope I never have to call them again. This was the Wilmington NC office. Update! I got a call from the Mgr. he had been told what had happened. He assured me this wasn’t the way they did business. He agreed that there were mistake made and they would be refunding all of our payments. We are not for profit organization. Should we need anything else repaired we will be going back to them. They gained our respect and trust having took the time to call and make things right.

Whaley food service the best place to work I really look forward to waking up and going to work at Whaley as long as you do your job and take care of customer they don't say anything to you its like having your own business thank you Whaley food service for allowing me to be a part
