Muchas gracias por la revision. Apreciamos tenerlo como parte de la familia WEX.
Great company to partner with. They had a product that fit our needs, was easier than traditional banking and had better rates. Getting started with them was easy and took less than 30 days. The team there is great to work with day in and day out.

We sincerely apologize for any frustration you’ve experienced. We understand how disappointing it can be when expectations are not met. After reviewing your concerns and investigating the situation, we discovered that your interaction was actually with a different vendor and not directly with our company. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us and allowing us to clarify this matter. Despite this mix-up, we are committed to helping resolve your issue. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service and support, and we’re here to assist you in any way we can. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the chance to address your concerns.
